AmeriPak^® Tray Sealers provide a flexible and economical approach to sealing preformed plastic and paper board trays. These machines, to which optional labelers, printers, fillers, tray denesters and lazy susan turntables can be added, are offered in a range of lengths to suit various production requirements.

Model VS300R™ Hand Heat Sealer
Our new and improved Counter-Top Heat-Sealing Machine is exceptionally compact, easy to use and perfect for cutting and sealing film lids for hot, frozen, fresh or refrigerated take-out foods. The new film staging bar assures good, tight seals and the thermostat is easy to read and simple to adjust. The gas spring activated Silver Stone sealing plate seals 8-10 trays per minute. The Model VS300R™ offers you a low cost, versatile and efficient sealing option for all your tray sealing needs.

Model 145
The Model 145 (for plastic or paperboard trays) is our most compact automatic Filled Tray Sealer. Measuring only 5.5 feet from end to end, the Model 145 packs a lot of performance into a small foot print... ideal for those applications that require high output from a physically small space.

While the overall length is small, the Model 145 is big in its size range, accommodating film widths to 10.5". This means you have the versatility through interchangeable pallets to seal a wide size range of containers. You can seal smaller containers two at a time using the Model 145's dual lane capability.

This tray sealer is portable. It comes standard with casters and plugs into a 110-volt electrical circuit giving you more flexibility to place the sealer where you want it in your packaging room. And most important, it's designed for easy cleaning to help you meet strict sanitary requirements, thanks to wash down construction from the level of the pallets to the floor.

Model 245
AmeriPak's Model 245 Tray Sealer offers a 10.5" wide film seal width. This width gives you flexibility and efficiency to seal containers over a greater range of sizes, often allowing for a multi-lane machine configuration.

The 245's generous eight foot overall length increases the area available for either manual or automatic product feeding as well as for automated tray dispensers. Optional overall lengths to 24 feet are offered. Our pop-out pallet design lets you change from one product size to another, making the Model 245 ideal for multiple product usage.

The tray sealer's fast, high recovery, thermocouple controlled heating system is designed to direct maximum heat to the sealing surface. This feature gives the machine its ability to seal a wide range of lidding material at higher film sealing speeds.

Full size component parts are used for a long, productive life and ease of maintenance. Stainless steel construction permits washdown from the tray pallets to the floor, ideal for applications with strict sanitary requirements.
