AmeriPak^®, a privately owned corporation, was formed in 1983 by three principals who were former FMC employees with more than 100 combined years of packaging machinery experience—offering worldwide experience in handling and packaging products. In December of 2004, we were acquired by O.P. Schuman & Sons, Inc., a custom machinery, parts and assemblies manufacturer.

Our staff of designers, mechanical and electronic engineers have created the solutions for packaging products in the food, confectionary, pharmaceutical and general hardware industries.

Our New 120,000 Square Foot Facility is located 25 miles north of Philadelphia in Warrington, PA. Convenient to both the PA and NJ Turnpikes as well as the Philadelphia and Trenton (Mercer County) Airports.

Sales and Marketing of our product lines to the world market, done typically through sales agents, is provided from this facility. As the U.S. manufacturer of our own line of horizontal wrappers and filled tray sealers we are able to sell this product line anywhere in the world...and we do!

Engineering capabilities are provided for the design of the basic machine, product feeders, accessories and product fittings necessary to customize the machine to your application. Our engineering department has CAD/CAM capabilities.

Manufacturing is provided on site. Our machining shop includes
a variety of conventional plus CNC machine tools to reproduce accurate, price competitive parts for both the basic machine and change parts. By manufacturing our own parts, we are able to exercise more control over the timely process of machine and parts deliveries for customer shipments.

Spare Parts inventory of more than $500,000 is housed in our rack storage system with computerized inventory control. A full-time parts/service technician is available for phone technical support and parts ordering.

Factory Service is provided by five factory technicians who assemble the wrappers at the factory as well as provide field service, assuring high quality installation and good preventive maintenance. Service is also available through many of AmeriPak’s distributors. For service rate information, contact our factory.

Product Lines include our full featured line of horizontal wrappers from the Model 40 through the Model 3500 for both extended crimp and shrink film overwrapping, from stand alone machines to multi-line systems. We also manufacture the Model 145 Filled Tray Sealer in a 5.5 foot length and the Model 245, available in 8 to 24 foot lengths which use heat seal coated polyester to lid pre-formed filled plastic or paperboard trays.
